Before the Cartel wars of the 80's and 90's saw General Jesus Gutierrez Rebollo arrested for allegedly aiding Amado Carrillo, "The Lord of the Skies" , and the Juarez Cartel, his father was a Revolutionary officer under the orders of General Emiliano Zapata. He is poor, orphaned, and with a bounty on his head for murder. He decides to leave his past behind in order to help fight for the Mexico he wants for himself and his family. In the process, he will discover the lust for power and foreign interests that hide behind the surface. Will he survive the war? Will he be sent to the firing squad when this is all over?
